How to mix and match colors into your decor?

Can’t settle on a color scheme for your home or even a room?

Firstly , you need to have a plan on your color coordination involving your furniture,necessary beautiful items for adding value and mostly the positioning of the items.

During this coming up 2020 colours that can be very popular is the soothing colour for a cozy home.It will embrace the gentle vibes full of love environment. I really believe everyone has a personal palette that resonates with them so this is my few choices as seen on the above picture.

Let me show you the process ;

1. Go on a color hunt

“What are the colors that you might not immediately notice but that help build that environment and tell its story? You rarely see just a wide, flat color. There could be 20 different greens in one meadow.”

And don’t forget neutrals, paying attention to their undertones. Grays and whites, for example, can skew cool-blue or warmer-pink.

2. Create your color wheel

Once you begin identifying colors that resonate with you, Do some collecting physical versions of them—paint chips, fabric scraps, even leaves—and arranging them loosely in the format of a classic color wheel (easily found online) so you can see the relationships between them.

‘Take a picture of a place where you feel really wonderful and at ease so you can dissect the closely.’

3. Put it into practice

Find a project—a room, a window treatment—that lets you experiment. Proportion is key. “The colors you focus on may be different in a powder room than a living room,”

 “Lighter colors feel airier, mid-tones add coziness, dark tones feel moodier.”

If I were doing a bedroom I might play up the blues because they’re restorative, and I would use the tomato color sparingly, on a lamp shade or pillow. And I would use peach as well, since, as a lighter version of the tomato-red, it complements and tempers it

4. Fine-tune

Once you have your space set up, I would like to encourage you guys playing with small objects—books, vases or other curios—to explore how new layers of color change a room.

“Start with a plan, but know it will evolve,because you can use a basic palette in a million different ways.”
